Olusina Ayegbusi

Olusina Ayegbusi is an accomplished IT and business executive with over 27 years of
experience in the banking and financial services sector. He serves as an Independent
Non-Executive Director of Lukefield Finance Company Limited, providing strategic
oversight and governance support.

His expertise spans digital transformation, banking
operations, business process management, project management, solutions
architecture, core banking implementation, and disaster recovery planning. He
previously served as General Manager and Group Chief Information Officer at
Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc and as a Non-Executive Director of Habari
Limited, its fintech subsidiary. Olusina played a key role in the transformation
programme at First Bank of Nigeria Plc and has served on the Mastercard Sub-Saharan
Africa Technology Council and the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Payment Vision 2030
Committee.

He is a Fellow of ICAN and an Honorary Senior Member of CIBN, with
executive training from leading global institutions.
