Femi Nedd

Femi Nedd is a highly accomplished banking professional with over 24 years of
extensive experience in the financial services industry. She currently serves as an
Executive Director at Lukefield Finance Company Limited, where she provides strategic
leadership and contributes to the company’s growth and governance framework.

Prior to joining Lukefield Finance Company Limited, Femi held the position of Deputy
General Manager and Divisional Head, Commercial Banking (Lagos Island) at Guaranty
Trust Bank Plc, where she led the division for three years until her resignation in
February 2022. During her distinguished career at the Bank, she occupied several key
leadership roles, including Divisional Head, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME),
Lagos Island; Group Head, Retail Banking; and Head of the Financial Institutions
Team. She also gained cross-functional experience in Treasury and Financial Control.

Femi is widely recognized for her contributions to SME banking. As Divisional Head of
SMEs, she spearheaded the development of innovative financial products such as
Fashion Credit, Food Credit, and Business Evolve, which significantly enhanced the
Bank’s positioning as an SME-focused institution. She also facilitated strategic
partnerships with both local and international development agencies to improve access
to finance within the SME sector.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ibadan, an MBA from Imperial
College London, and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Lagos.
Femi has further strengthened her executive capacity through participation in
advanced management programmes at leading global institutions, including London Business School and the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

In addition to her executive role, Femi serves as Chairman of Adino Capital Limited,
where she leverages her broad-based expertise across multiple sectors to provide
strategic oversight and leadership
